CLUBS + STUDIO

We have 2 studios:

    • - GOBOX Schuman (25 Rue Juste Lipse, 1000 Brussels)
    • - GOBOX Yser (Quai du commerce, 1000 Brussels)

Our app or website provides convenient filters, allowing you to customize the schedule and focus on specific locations or concepts with ease.

Yes we do and there’s no need to bring a lock!

All our studios are equipped with a water fountain so feel free to bring your own bottle! We also have bottled water in case you forgot yours.

Yes we have a few snack and drink options on-the-go.

Your A-Game. Every time. Plus your comfy workout outfit and shoes. If you want to take a shower, remember to bring your own shower towel.

 

For GOREFORM (Pilates Reformer), you'll need suitable socks. We recommend grippy, non-slip socks, which we have available to buy if needed for 10€.

 

For GOPUNCH (Boxing), we’ll provide you with boxing gloves. You’ll need inner handwraps which you can bring or we sell them for 15€.

 

For GORIDE (Indoor Cycling), we’ll provide you with shoes. Make sure to bring socks.

Sweat towels, hair elastics, hair dryers, ear plugs, water from the fountain and of course, a good workout.

Absolutely! We’ve got showers ready to help you freshen up after a great workout. Just don’t forget to bring your own towel because as much as we’d love to provide them, our towels decided they wanted to travel the world instead. 😉

Yes, there is paid street parking outside both studios!

THE SESSIONS

There are three workouts types to choose from: GOREFORM, GORIDE, & GOPUNCH. Each session lasts 50 minutes and you can expect full on nightclub style vibes with epic lighting and banging tunes to help motivate you through.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session if it’s your first time so the welcome team and trainer can give you an induction. If you’ve already worked out with us before, 5 minutes should be enough.

Of course, we’ve got your back. Our workouts are accessible to everyone. Train at your own pace but always bring your A-game. Be sure to turn up 15 minutes before the session for your first timer induction.

Please wear your comfy workout clothes.

 

GOREFORM: Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety reasons. We sell these in club at 10€ if you don't have a pair.

 

GORIDE: We provide cleat shoes. Just make sure to wear socks.

 

GOPUNCH: We recommend wearing suitable trainers / sports shoes. We’ll provide you with boxing gloves. You’ll need inner handwraps which you can bring or we sell them for 15€.

When a session has started the doors are closed. So don't be late - you snooze, you lose.

Yes, bring the whole squad down. We can offer a private venue hire too. Just drop us an email at hello@gobox.be.

BOOK SESSIONS

Head to TIMETABLE in the main menu, select your studio and spot, and you're in. Alternatively, download our App for easier, on-the-go booking.
Everyone can book up to 14 days in advance.

You can add yourself to the waitlist by selecting ‘add to waitlist’ on the session booking page. We allow up to five people to join a waitlist and you'll be notified by email if someone drops out and you get a spot. You can be added to the session up to one hour before, so be ready. If you're added to a session from the waitlist with at least 6 hours or more to go, you will be subject to the normal late cancellation and no show policy if you decide not to attend. If you think you might not be able to make the session that you're on the waitlist for, we recommend taking yourself off it, which you can do at any time. This is particularly important before you go to bed if you've booked an early session.

Everyone can book up to 14 days in advance.

If you’re a first timer, we suggest that you subscribe for a discovery session online and book the session of your choice. If you are member, it is highly recommended to book in advance as well to make sure you have a spot reserved but you are still welcome to pop in and check with the welcome team if there’s still an available spot.

Just click on “Forgot password” on the login form when trying to book a session.

BUY SESSIONS

Try with our Discovery Pass for 10€ (1 session) and get a taste of what we have to offer! Choose any workout of your choice and experience the GOBOX vibe firsthand.

We offer single sessions, passes and memberships, all of which you can buy through the website or in our mobile app.

A pass is a single or group of sessions that you can use before they expire. The expiry length kicks in from the day of your first workout.

 

A membership allows you to attend an unlimited number of sessions throughout a year. The Unlimited Weekly membership is billed weekly and is an annual commitment. The Unlimited One-Shot is billed once at the beginning of the membership.  A membership can only be used by the holder only and cannot be shared. If you attend around two or more times per week, a membership is the best deal.

Absolutely, there is a 15€ charge to extend the validity by 1 month. Send an email to hello@gobox.be to make it happen.

Yes, definitely! You just need to make sure you select your preferred location when booking your session.

MEMBERSHIPS

You can freeze your Unlimited Weekly membership for up to 4 weeks per year.  To request a freeze, email hello@gobox.be at least 14 days before your next billing date.  Freezes must be taken in 1-week increments (1 week = 1 billing period), up to a maximum of 4 separate freezes per year.

Unlimited memberships have a 12-month minimum term, so it can't be cancelled during this time.

Your current Unlimited membership remains valid until the end of your 12-month commitment.
If you choose to switch to Unlimited Weekly, you can do so. However, please note that switching means you will start a new 12-month commitment from the switch date.  Example: if you have already completed 6 months of your current Unlimited membership and you switch to Unlimited Weekly, your commitment will restart and you will have 12 new months to complete.  You can request a switch at least 14 days before your next billing date.

Your current Flex Unlimited membership remains valid until the next billing date and until you decide to cancel it. You can request cancellation at least 14 days before your next billing date.
If you choose to switch to Unlimited Weekly, you can do so.  You can request a switch also at least 14 days before your next billing date.

CANCELLATIONS

Yes, but why would you want to do that?
Here’s the deal if you do - we have a 6-hour cancellation policy.
You can cancel your session up to 6 hours before the start, otherwise the used credit will be lost. If you have an unlimited membership, there will be a 5€ no show or late cancel fee.

Pass holders: You will lose the session.
Members: You will be charged with a €5 "no show" fee.

BILLING

Package purchases are charged instantly. On memberships, your first payment is taken straight away and then subsequent payments are taken on approximately the same day every week.

No, refunds will not be given for any purchase made on the GOBOX site or app.

OTHERS

It all depends on what it is and its severity. If you're unsure, drop us a line before booking and one of our trainers can advise. We recommend letting your coach know at the start of every session if you have an injury or are concerned about something, as they will be able to provide relevant guidance throughout.

Many pregnant women are able to exercise until their due date but we recommend you to check with your doctor before working out at GOBOX.

If you're unable to train due to illness or pregnancy, we can absolutely extend the validity of your pass or pause your subscription. All we need is a medical certificate indicating the relevant dates. For example, if the certificate states that you’re unable to exercise for one month, we’ll either extend your pass by one month, or pause your subscription for one month, free of charge.

Your safety is super important to us 💜 Some of our classes include dynamic lighting effects that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy or photosensitivity. If you have a history of light-triggered seizures, we recommend checking with your doctor before booking. We’d love to welcome you in the safest way possible so feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution!

Yes yes yes! On your account under profile, you have up to 10 referral links to copy and send to your family and friends. For each referral who purchases and books a Discovery Pass for 10€, you'll receive a 5€ discount added to your account. The discount will automatically apply to your next purchase or payment at GOBOX.

Good or bad, we love hearing what you think of our studios, sessions and trainers so please do drop us an email or slide into our DMs on Instagram. You will also receive a survey link every few sessions.
