ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

THE WORKOUT

Put your boxing gloves on and get ready for a 50 min group workout given by a professional coach. You will spend half of the class on your own punching ball following boxing combinations. The other half you will be working on a range of full-body exercises to help you feel great.

THE VIBE

Immerse yourself in an underground and dark atmosphere with a group of people, upbeat music & lighting that will help you smash it. We know how important music is when working out so we’ve selected the most catchy tunes to keep you motivated.

THE SPIRIT

Some boxing clubs can be intimidating at times, conveying an image of performance, constantly asking you to push your boundaries. GOBOX will shake the norms by transforming the intimidating into something inviting. At GOBOX, you’ll get fit without getting hit. We’re lovers not fighters.

THE WORKOUTS

All our boxing classes are full body workouts.

Boxing fuses cardio and strength training working both your upper and lower body muscles.
The different exercises are adapted based on the specific objective of the workout.

BODYBOX

Full body

If you want to have a well-rounded full body workout, this class is for you. It will help you build strength and relieve tension. You’ll come out of the class feeling great!

BOOTYBOX

Booty, Abs & Legs

Strengthen your booty, abs and legs while keeping your body lean. This boxing workout will help you improve your posture by building a stronger lower back & abdomen while helping you achieve your hourglass figure.

PROBOX

Full Body

This is for those of you who want more boxing time, looking to take your boxing skills to the next level and finetune those punches! This workout focuses on keeping your form together, punching sharp, and not to mention learning new boxing techniques.

BOXING

Smash the 6 core punches with combos that fire up your arms, upper body, and core.​

HIIT

Interval training programmed so you can burn max calories in the shortest amount of time.

RESISTANCE

Increase your endurance and strengthen your muscles with either your body weight, dumbbells or kettlebells.

Our boxing classes offers significant calorie burn and is a fantastic way to help you get started or continue on your weight loss journey to lead a healthy lifestyle.

TONED BODY

Boxing is a great total body workout. Based on our classes, you can also choose to tone specific target parts while staying lean.

One of the key mental health benefits of boxing is stress relief. It helps you to calm down while benefiting from post-exercise endorphins a.k.a. ‘boxer’s high’.
