Just yourself in comfy clothes and your inner handwraps (if you don’t have any you can buy them for 15€ at the reception). Everything else is provided free of charge: boxing gloves, workout towels, lockers, toiletries.

Just arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your first class. So we can welcome you, answer your questions and you can attend the first timer briefing.

You can book up to 2 weeks in advance.

We offer a Refundable* Discovery Session. Visit our website gobox.be and click on “Pricing” then “Try now” under “Discovery Session”. Add the Discovery Session to your cart, pay and check-out. Then you can go ahead and book the session of your choice.

*You can get back your 20€ when you purchase any pass or unlimited membership (except Single Workout).  After your first workout, a promo code will be sent to you by email which you can use on your purchase.

On our website or on our mobile app (GOBOX Boxing Club on App Store or Google Play Store) or directly at the reception.

You can pay directly at the reception with a debit card (like Maestro/Bancontact).

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your class unless it’s your first time, then should arrive 15 minutes before for the briefing.

If you’re a first timer, you must first subscribe for a discovery session online and book the class of your choice. If you are member, it is highly recommended to book in advance to make sure you have a spot reserved but you are still welcome to pop in and check with reception if there’s still space.

If you’re a first timer, you will not be able to attend the class if you’re late as you need to attend the first timer briefing. If you have already attended a class, you can enter the class even if you’re a few minutes late.

You can cancel your class up to 4 hours before the start of your class. You can do this by logging into your account on our website or app –> go to SCHEDULE –> click CANCEL
You can cancel your class up to 4 hours before the start, otherwise the used credit will be lost. If you have an unlimited membership, there will be a 5€ no show or late cancel fee.

You can extend the validity of your annual unlimited pass only if you’re abroad on holidays or for work. Please send us an e-mail at hello@gobox.be with your dates.

The level of intensity is a personal choice and the workout may vary depending of the instructor. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace.

Many pregnant women are able to exercise until their due date but we recommend you to check with your doctor before working out at GOBOX.

It is best to check with your doctor before working out at GOBOX. And always tell the coach before the beginning of the class.
You can pause your Unlimited & Flex Unlimited up to 4 weeks per year by sending an email to  hello@gobox.be 14 days before your next billing date.
For example, if you’ll be going on holiday from Dec 19-25, we can freeze your subscription for 1 week which means your next billing date will also be pushed for 1 week. As you would be pausing for a 1-week period, you would then have another 3 weeks left to pause your subscription within 1 year of the start of your subscription.
We do not offer 1-to-1 private sessions.

We do not have a dedicated car parking but you should be able to find some spots on the street.

Yes! You can buy a digital card on our website.

We have 2 kinds of lights, spot lights and tube lights and they have different effects depending on the class. We discourage anyone who has sensitivity to light movement or epileptic tendencies to attend our classes.

You can cancel your Flex Unlimited membership by sending an email to hello@gobox.be at least 14 days (or more) before your next billing date. For example, if your next billing date is on December 30, you need to send the email on December 15. Cancellations can only be done by email and not through the reception desk on-site
